My battery died and I didnt have anyone home to jump me, plus my car was in a hard position to get another car hooked to. My husband came home and popped this on my battery, in less than 45 seconds, it turned over just fine! We bought a 2nd to keep in my car. Small, easy to use, charge lasts a long time. Great product!

I have used Amazon for years and this is my first product review, that's how strongly I feel about this product. Originally I had purchased a product from Powerall because my cousins has one and really likes it but after a single use the cables malfunctioned and the unit would no longer charge. On the other hand DB Power jumper came 95% charged out of the box and yesterday (July 17, 2017) was the first day I had to charge it after purchasing it Jan 2, 2017. I have used this little device countless times on my car, my wife's suv, my Yamaha Rhino UTV, atvs, my boat, as well as numerous times to help complete strangers in a parking lot that needed a jump. As a matter of fact I went to help a person a couple of days ago and when I got out my DB Power jumper it said it was only 1% charged so I thought there was no way it would work and I'd probably look silly bringing out this small device to start a car (people often look at you like you're crazy that such a small device can jump a car) but the DB Power jumper started that car without so much as a hiccup I couldn't believe it. 1% charge and it still jumped it. Amazing!!The DB Power is about the size of a large cell phone (ex: iPhone 6 plus) and has a good solid weight to it, it definitely does not feel cheaply made. The clamps are small but feel strong. After witnessing first hand how awesome this jumper performs I have since bought one for my wife to keep in her car. I bought one for each of my parents and my dad called me up the other day raving about it saying that he's uses it to start his truck, his tractor, and uses it a lot on his trips to charge his phone when another charger isn't readily available. I bought it for him on father's day and his still reads 90% charged.If you are in the market for a car jumper you absolutely cannot go wrong with this little piece of magic. And even if you don't need one or on the fence, for the price you can't beat just keeping one in your car for peace of mind knowing that it has your back in the case of your battery dying unexpectedly. Like I said before, I have purchased this product multiple times now and every single one has performed brilliantly. Got 2 of these to keep 1 in each vehicle. Since I purchased them during the time they were on sale they weren’t expensive. It takes a while to charge with the charger in the box but I find that it changes faster with my phone usb charger but so far so good it’s getting the job done. It’s very easy to use. Very light weight. I can see it to be a life saver to someone stranded on the side of the road or at night. Ladies anything to keep us safe is a plus. Even if not this brand or from this company, getting one for your safety is GREAT. You don’t have to feel distressed hoping someone would stop to help you besides you don’t even the the type of person that’s offing you the help if you’re really safe. We have 5 cars to my household and I definitely will be leaving 1 for each vehicle. I just wait for the sale. Since I got 2 already I have 3 more to go. Again even if not this brand or this company, please lets be safer out there everyone.

I only just got this, so I can't rate on longevity. I've used it once, on a 3.5 liter engine with a pretty dead battery (trip odometer and other stuff reset). It worked very well; started up first time, and the crank was brisk as you could hope for. Instructions are dead simple: charge the unit, turn it on, hook the cables to the unit, then hook the clamps to the battery. Start within 30 seconds of that last step, and you're golden.Nice case, good instructions. Glad I got it, glad I have it.I'll be back if it doesn't last, but seems quite nice.
