Very cute item but does not include the clips to clip photos onto the string. and no directions in our packaging that showed what to do with the string. There was no picture on he box either. so it looked like a decorative sign to hang up and a string in the box.

It’s adorable & well made. I ran into an issue and they were very responsive, took care of it right away.
