Bought these for when I went cruising. They were brilliant, I was a first time cruiser and suffer from motion sickness. I did take the odd maxalon on the rough days but on the other days the patches worked well

I’m someone who gets motion sickness by just thinking about it! I used these for two cruises. At one point my husband, who doesn’t get seasick, said that he was going to take a gravol because he was feeling the seas, but I didn’t! The patches last 2-3 days, so I would overlap the patch. Meaning, on my second day, I would add another patch behind my other ear. Also know, you need to put the patches in different spots otherwise you might get a rash.

These patches are fantastic. I use them a lot as I spend a lot of time on the ocean taking photos. Before I found these it was hard to manage motion sickness looking through a viewfinder on a rolling sea. I also used them on a trip to Antartica across the Southern Ocean with no sea sickness at all. No side effects like drowsiness etc. Highly recommended.
