Should you have a regulator between the propain tank and bbq pit? thanks

If you are using this hose on an RV, your RV should already have a regulator installed near the propane tanks. Most RV's will have the gas supply line for the hose connection after the regulator and will not need another one. However, if your RV is not pre-equiped with a gas supply line and you are connecting directly to the propane tank then yes you will need a regulator in between the tank and bbq.

Require 1"x20 male throwaway thread on opposite end of hose from 1/4" quick connect. photo of item shows female fitting. Help?

It is a 3/8 female that is standard for bbq’s and fire rings.

Does hose have enough capicity to run a 3000 w generator?

Yes it is what I use mine for without any problems

Do you need to cut the outland fire bowl hose off, to get this Gaspro hose on?

You need to have a flare union at the of this hose to connect it to the regulator. You may need to bypass the regulator or remove it if your propane supply is previously regulated. (AIGO Nigo brass tube fitting 1/4×3/8")
