If you are a person who experiences a lot of bloating or gas related to a high fiber diet or salt sensitivity I highly recommend this probiotic. I've tried so many and there are lots of good ones on the market, but I come back to this one time and time again. It works reliably well for me at a reasonable enough price point, though it continues to get frustratingly more expensive each time I buy it. I find that I don't have to take this every day, after having taken it for several days in a row. I can use this about every three days, just to maintain the efficacy. I take it on an empty stomach with water, along with my B/C Complex and that has been the best routine I have found to use with this.

I like this brand and have used this particular version for a few years. It has 5 enzymes which is more than their other versions which only have 3. The only thing that I wish Schiff Company would do is stop changing packaging/naming.Then I have to read ingredients all over again!

Can’t say if it has helped yet or not, but when I used the one for lactose intolerance that did help but I had to wait a couple of months to see if it worked and it did.

This product is amazing. I have had a lot of flatulence for my whole life. Taking anti gas pills and Beano only help a little. I would highly recommend this product… It is a life changer.
