Q: What is the sugar content?

I am NOT a doctor, so the following statement is my (somewhat informed) opinion. D-mannose is a sugar (technically related to glucose), although one that's not readily absorbed by the gut. As I understand it, small amounts are absorbed but the remainder is excreted in urine. The sugar itself interferes with e. Coli bacteria attaching themselves to the urinary tract, so it helps with a UTI . In short, if you're concerned about blood sugar levels, best to check with your doctor or naturopath before using.
