Just be careful if your partner uses a non standard pillow (such as a memory foam one), this product may not work then (as their back is elevated), or you will need a bigger ball! :) The seller kindly added a voucher for another such tshirt for free which I thought was lovely. Review: Good product - I bought this to help stop mouth breathing and mild sleep apnoea. It seems to work, lying on your side is obligatory! It was hard at first but I soon got used to it. I would like a version with long sleeves.

Good product
