Love the choice of ambient lighting
Originally received one bulb as a gift, so impressed with this technology I had to buy another one.Delivery next day as expected.Very well packaged by the seller.

If it works it’s great
For some reason my lightbulb just stopped working and every time I try to turn it on I have to reconnect it to the wifi. My wifi and connection are really good so I don’t know what the issue is. It worked for a while, not every time, once every now and then it would disconnect but now it always disconnects after turned off. It takes the “smart” and “convenient” away. I’d rather have a normal bulb at this point.

Not impressed after all
My original review of this bulb was "glowing", but since then I've ordered more of them and have found them extremely unreliable. One has been returned as defective, but the replacement appears to have the same issues: won't respond to the app, switches off or goes to an extremely dim and harsh white shade whatever setting you use, won't work in a group with another identical lamp and bulb etc.On balance, I would have stuck with a basic golf ball bulb from Morrisons at a quarter the price. I would return this replacement but for the sheer hassle of dealing with Hermes' return procedures.To be absolutely fair, when these things work they are awesome, but they are just not reliable - four purchased, two duds.

Smart bulb
Very easy to connect and set up. Works really well with google assistant.

Brilliant
Love this bulb. Easy install and now we can get Alexa to turn the lamp on and off. Kids love it too as we can also have a disco, it has many colours and can change them to the beat of the music.

Whites s bright, colours dull
Colours very dull but whites nice and bright

App is terrible and light resets all the time
The light is very tempermental, requiring frequent resets - sometimes it seems it needs to reset (blinking repeatedly) but actually doesn't. Even without this, the app is very poor, frequently crashes and rarely works as intended. Am purchasing another bulb from a different company as a replacement after several months or trying to keep using this.

This very occasionally stops responding to the smart app. Not enough for me to replace it
