Great Muscle Stimulator Belt – Solid Ab Workout Feel!
I’m really impressed with this muscle stimulator belt after abouta year and still satisfied. It fits well and stays comfortably in place during use. The different modes are great, and the intensity levels go up pretty high—you can definitely feel it working right away. After a session, it genuinely feels like you’ve gotten a pretty solid ab workout in. Easy to use, effective, and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add extra core stimulation to their routine!

Does sit-ups for you!
I recently lost 35 lbs., but my stomach still had extra layers of fat that seemed impenetrable due to a C-section and stress. So overall, I slimmed down, but I still had a pot belly. I knew that strengthening my core would help with the extra pudge, but like most people, any free time that I don't have would not be dedicated to "core" toning. I found that even though I was thrilled that I lost the weight, to me, it looked a little sickly when a person loses weight but still has a bulging belly. I thought what could I do without any extra time for "core" training or an extra couple of thousand $ for liposuction I perused Amazon looking for some extra help that was possibly available that I didn't know about. I came across this belt. I was sold on , at least, trying it because of two reviews that included pictures of women who seemed to share a similar problem to mine. Another review of an overweight man also spoke to me because he mentioned not changing a thing other than wearing the weight, band he raved about the slight toning that happened to him. I used my birthday Amazon gifts cards to purchase something I "wanted" this year rather than something I "needed". Little did I know, that this belt was exactly what I "needed" too. I have had it since mid-July, and my waist circumference has reduced by 2 inches, but I still have much to go. I don't know if I will hit a plateau at which I won't be able to reduce my waist anymore because I wear it at it highest level now. If that is the case, I will still be quite glad to have purchased it because it has at least reduced 2 inches that I had no hopes of getting rid of otherwise due to the responsibility of being the sole care giver to 2 people in my life. Just to give you an idea of how I use it, not to say this would be the best routine for everyone, but I wear the belt probably 4 days a week for anywhere from 45-60 minutes a day. That sounds like a lot of time, but it really isn't because you just put it on and go about your day. It cycles off after about 15 minutes, I believe. I wear it for the full interval s for 3-4 intervals a day. I continue to wear the belt but take breaks between intervals. I am not saying that wearing/using this belt will give you a 6-pack, but it definitely is toning my stomach muscles to the point that I now see some definition of my stomach muscles rather than the roll of blubber of the extra fat that I had 3 months ago.

Fat people should give it a try
I am 61 years old and am 5 3/4 in hight and deam myself to be 20 pounds overweight. I have some health issues that prevent me from doing intense exercises. I have always enjoyed exercising. I have read meany articles about fat people using these types of products. And it seems they discourage fat people from them and suggests they stick to exercise and diet. Which I have no problem with those suggestions, but the way it is boroughs out seems demeaning. So I have purchased one of these belts and have been using it now for a number of months . I am so happy with the results, my midsection is considerably smaller . No it doesn’t help you loose weight but it does help firm up what you have . I am in the process of coming up with an exercise plan . But if you are overweight I would highly recommend this product. It has given me more motivation to loose weight after seeing the results I recently have purchased the arm bands , but haven’t used them enough to comment on them

Strong force for abs
I am a therapist by profession and used to use TENS on my patients. This is does the job well. I am combining with my new abdominal machine for better effectiveness.

Best ab equipment
I’ve purchased several ab belts from different brands. I’ve purchased the belts that you have to put the gel stickers on and belts that you spritz with water. By far this has been the best and strongest one of them all. I like the belts that you can just spray with water since it’s easier and more cost effective than purchasing the gel pads. This belt fires comfortably and I didn’t have to cut it to fit. The main highlight of this belt is its strength! I barely turn it on half strength and can feel my abs tightening! I was turning the other belts to the highest setting and just got a mediocre strength. This belt has different settings and different lengths of shock so I don’t see my abs getting used to it which they did with the other belt. Although I did see results with the other belts, I believe this one will yield even better results due to its settings and strength. It also appears sturdy and the material is high quality.

Great When It Works… But Mostly Pain
Cheaply made and inconsistent performance. I really wanted to love this ab machine, especially because Mode 1 can work amazingly on good days — I can take the vibrations up to level 8 with no problem. But most of the time, the device is unpredictable. Even at vibration level 4, it becomes almost unbearable, like a sharp needle poking into just one side. Then if I lower it to level 3, I barely feel anything at all. The settings don’t make sense, and the intensity jumps too dramatically between levels. It doesn’t feel balanced or comfortable, and the inconsistency makes it hard to use regularly. With better quality control and smoother intensity transitions, this could be a great product — but right now, it’s disappointing.

Lost 2 inches in 2 days so far!
I've had 6 babies so I have severe diastasis recti. I've been doing ab workouts to heal it for a year and a half but mine is so severe, I was starting to consider surgery because even though I weigh 128 pounds, I look 6 months pregnant. I've been using the belt for 2 days on level 4 - 6 for 4 to 5 hours while I'm working and I've lost 2 inches off my waist. I know because I measured before I started. That's crazy results so far. I will update later on.

Very solid machine, when it worked
***5-MONTH OWNER UPDATE*** I highly, highly advise you to not buy this item. Please read all the negative reviews and take them seriously, they all note that this thing isn't durable and now I see that they were all correct. Do not buy this item unless you're fine with replacing it a few times a year. I have owned this thing for about 5 months, and while I had positive things to say about it at first (which you can read in my original review below), I am extremely frustrated because its performance has totally and suddenly degraded, to the point where it is no longer really usable at all. I use(d) this belt twice a day for 4-5 days a week, making sure to wipe off sweat and charge it at least once a week. Everything was fine, until about a week ago. Suddenly the strength of the vibrations became significantly weaker. I was on the 6th mode at 15 strength for a while, and I grew very familiar with how it felt. Now the 15 strength feels like how 5 strength used to feel, and anything under 10 strength barely tickles. The plastic piece just lost all of its power seemingly overnight with no change in routine or anything. To be clear this isn't related to my own growing tolerance or anything, the first 10 strength settings barely vibrate at all anymore, and it was not like this just a day earlier. What's even more frustrating is that the company that sells this item does not respond back to messages. I had to contact Amazon to be able to message them in the first place, there's no trace of them online and they don't make their contact info readily available. Not even an email address or a Facebook page. And of course, after several days they still haven't answered my message, I was trying to find out if this is covered by any kind of warranty. It was a $70 item, I'm genuinely so frustrated with all of this. The only reason I'm still giving this item two stars instead of one, is because I really did like it when it worked. It provided solid resistance to my abs and I grew to appreciate the routine of using it. But now it's barely functional and the seller doesn't bother to respond to messages. I don't think $70 is a fair price for an item that will only last a few months, and I'm really disappointed with this overall. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** Okay so I've been using this thing for a few weeks now and so far I like it. Obviously this isn't going to actually give you a six-pack but I have a noticed a very, VERY slight bit of tone in my abs - though I'm using this while also eating relatively healthy and exercising five days a week. This thing, on its own, will not produce significant results. But I like it as a supplement to my usual fitness routine, simply because I hate doing abdominal exercises and this does do a good job of mimicking the feel of crunches. I wear it twice a day, five days a week for 20 minutes each "session". That's exactly how much I can handle before the pain becomes genuinely difficult to bear. I'm currently on level 10, mainly using the sixth mode. There are six modes and each mode goes from level 1-15. I had to start at level 4 and have been working my way up every couple days. Even though I can handle level 10 on my preferred mode, I can't handle level 10 on any of the others - so each mode definitely provides a different feel, which I like. So I can recommend this thing, as long as you keep your expectations in check and understand that it isn't a miracle device. However I'm mostly writing this review because it has a couple of major problems that I want to address: First of all, not a huge deal, but I cannot get a read on the battery life for this thing. One time I had to charge it after a week of use, then after a day, then after a few days, despite my sessions all being the same length. When you charge it, it has a little red LED light, and when it's fully charged that light disappears. I wish it could alert you when you have a low battery, maybe by flashing red a few times when you turn it on. That would be helpful. My main issue however, is the fact that this thing doesn't have a kill switch. There are three buttons: the plus/minus buttons to increase or decrease your intensity level, and the M button to switch between modes. The difference between one level and the next feels massive. I was on level 8 for a few days, and thought I was ready to switch to 9. But I was wrong - level 9 immediately gave me a bad cramp that I couldn't handle. But because there's no kill switch, I had to rapidly click the minus button 10 times to turn the machine off, while wincing in pain the entire time. There needs to be an off button for this thing! It actually makes me a little anxious to increase beyond level 10. It was a massive cramp, like somebody kicked me in the side with all their strength. Genuinely cannot understand how they could overlook such an important feature like that. But that's only enough to reduce my rating by a single star, because overall this thing is still very good. It fits comfortably, it provides a solid "workout", it's easy to clean/store, features a decent amount of options, etc. And most importantly, it does seem to provide *some* difference, as I haven't changed my workout/diet while using this thing at all, yet I've observed a (very slight) change. And after only 3 weeks of use, I really can't complain about that! EDIT: I've been using this thing consistently for a few months and it definitely feels durable. I also noticed that the battery is pretty good actually, I charge it once a week which seems fine so far. Not as inconsistent as I originally thought. In regards to the lack of a kill switch I've found a bit of a workaround: when you switch between any of the six modes, the intensity level automatically goes all the way down to level one. I'm on level 15 at this point (only with the one mode I consistently use), and I no longer develop cramps at any intensity level. But if you DO need to quickly turn the machine off, simply click the M button once, and then click the minus button once. It's a bit clunky and I really do wish that it just had an actual off button, so I'm keeping this review at four stars. But it is at least better than what I was doing before (clicking the minus button rapidly to turn the machine off). Overall I've grown more positive about this machine over time, I definitely think it's worth getting if you use it consistently. Also I forgot to mention this in my original review but it charges via micro-USB which sucks, for the price it really should be using USB-C.
