I have just baked, using the mixer for the first time. Slight issue with typing/translation error on my instruction as it advised to remove the bowl turning clockwise (it's supposed to be Anticlockwise) and it took some time (and helpful answer to the question I posted here) to figure it out. After that once I started mixing my heavy dough mixture with a hook, it was amazing how much effort it saved me, not having to knead by hand. 15 seconds on setting 1, then 15 seconds on setting 2, and then 3 minutes on setting 3. Not having it on for more than 3 minutes at the time is a useful tip - pause, and start again if necessary. I have only used it once so far so cannot comment on durability, but fingers crossed, it's a great value for money.

Great mixer in a brill colour , arrived on time with no problems

This item arrived much quicker than expected! It is a lovely looking mixer and the blue is a beautiful colour. This was purchased for my daughter and she found it to be light enough to handle and move around, and also easy enough to use - the three attachments are all you need and the silicon scraper to the paddle is a great addition. I was -actually surprised at how quiet it was and the suction to the worktop was good, as there is a little movement to the mixer when in use. The used parts were hand washed, and initially, the stainless steel bowl was very watermarked and my daughter was not happy, however, as with most stainless steel things, it buffed up ok. All in all, she (and we) are very happy - I may even buy one for myself, as she will be taking hers to Uni with her!

Lovely machine. Ideal size for my worktop. Good looking mixer. Meets all my requirements and making baking easier. Great for kneading dough.Lightweight easy to clean bowl.Good suction on base secures it well onto the worktop.Average noise which is to be expected from a mixer.Overall great value for money and lovely machine.

All good nice and light but a strong suction that keeps the mixer in place nice power range from 1 to 6 speeds the mixer reaches all parts of the bowl so all the food is mixed even my wife loves the mixer a 5 star mixer at a affordable price to date we we can no see no problems and its not to loud would Highly recommend

Had a few hiccups with delivery company at first but with a lot of help from Lina Klarstein UK Account Manager she managed to sort it all out. Love the stand mixer and would recommend it

I was looking forward to getting my mix I like its colour and its sturdy.I don't like how everything clumps at the bottom and you have to stop it scrap the bottom and when your doing scones the top goes up and down you think it's going to break so not happy I think I will buy the mix with the two whisk in it. After using the paddle comes off when mixing ok for cakes it's ok but don't use for bread or scones now I need to buy a new one

The media could not be loaded. Excellent product for a very convenient price!It gets a bit noisy if you use the last speed level, but in terms of mixing is perfect for small batches of dough.
