I bought this because I needed to eat something while I was dealing with a TERRIBLE toothache for weeks, and it tastes so freaking good I had to tell myself do not go back for seconds. It doesn't taste fake or processed it's delicious like dessert. (Could care forThe artificial sweetener but it's not noticeable) I also wish it had more protein but now I drink it at least once a day after my work out with added collagen protein powder. I keep it stocked in my pantry. I haven't tried the other flavors, but Swiss chocolate is so delicious.

This shake mix really only mixes well with water, which keeps calories down (as opposed to other brands of protein shake that have calorie counts on the back "when mixed with water" but taste terrible without at least some soy or almond milk blended in to it). I don't think I would be able to "diet" with this shake mix---substituting 2 meals a day would leave me weak and with a growling stomach all day! Just thinking about it, I can feel the hunger headaches. But I ordered this so I would have something to "eat" before a hot yoga class in the morning, and it worked very well for that purpose. I'm not very hungry in the morning, so at least with a shake in my belly, I know I have something solid keeping me going. I've already recommended this to more than a couple friends. 4 stars instead of five only because, as I said, I couldn't drink only this twice a day and feel anything close to satisfied.

Love this product but was shocked to see its $20 cheaper here than at GNC. I showed them the listing and asked if they price match but they don't. So from here on out I'll definitely be buying from Amazon. It has great taste and great for supplementing a breakfast meal or post workout shake.

I wanted to try a different diet than just eatting what ever and when ever I wanted to like I have been doin for the past 5 years so I decided to give this produce a shot.. I drank one serving in the morning and one for lunch everyday for two months and ate a health dinner as well like grilled food and vegs only! I am a 27 year old male that weighed 256 pounds when I started this diet. Now I'm currently weighing 205 pounds only after two months of starting diet! It was really hard at first cause it is filling but the way I was eatting before was way more than this.after a week or so I adapted to the new diet and was lost without my shake everyday! This product works the way you want it to!! You can't eat all junk food and drink shake and expect to lose weight. It's a meal replacement not a miracle shake!!! Drink this for breakfast and lunch with a healthy dinner and you will see the weight to start dropping!!!

So to start off, look at the ingredients... all of that is not really what I want in my body. You can definitely find better tasting, same priced, and more protein grams in other natural protein powders. This thing has a horrible smell. Made me nauseated every time I smelled it and to even think about it. Whether you mix it in a bottle or blender (with whatever) you get these strings of chocolate in your mouth which is not tasty. I would go with a product like garden of life instead.

Actually this meal replacement shake was tastier and much cheaper than others I have tried. I am not totally convinced that it has enough appetite suppressants but maybe for others it has. It is a little sweeter than others but definitely not as sweet as some of the big names; I prefer unsweetened meal replacements.

Just purchased this and I would totally buy it again. I tried the milk chocolate and it's really yummy. I made it as directed and left it in th he fridge until I got home from the gym and it had gotten really thick, like a smoothie or a milk shake. We'll see how it works over time but so far I'm pleased with the product.

I liked the taste. I use an immersion blender or magic bullet to blend. I have added strawberries and ice to it. I prefer it with unsweetened almond milk. I’ve tried it with water and it’s not bad that way either. It’s thick and tastes great. It doesn’t taste chalky.

It is OK but add a little peanut butter and a little banana and it is quite yummy
