Can i use this as a turbine for a diy windmill?

Alternators are typically not permanent magnet devices, thus, it will not work for using as a diy windmill. Taking the motor out of old washing machines or dryers can work. Or very old Alternators. Hook up a power meter to the Alternator/washing machine motor, and spin it by hand. If the reading jumps up and back down, you have a permanent magnet device

Should fit this is an exact replacement for a 1997 Chevy blazer 4.3 v6 engine

Will this work for a 2009 kia borrego 6 cylinder

No reason to think so. I believe website will provide necessary info to anybody able to get this far on keyboard, otherwise, I guess you have to find somebody with a 2009 KIA Borrega that has tried.
