Q: Is this carpet fire retardant and is it labeled as such?

I haven't lit it on fire but from my experience of bon fires I'd say being a shag type carpet it'll burn very quickly. Just don't catch it on fire and you're good.

Q: Is it machine washable?

I wouldnt machine wash this. Definitely hand wash with some detergent and maybe take a hose and clean it that way. let it air dry

Q: How do you get wrinkles out of this rug? We have had it for 2 months on solid hardwood floors and still has very large wrinkles

I returned this rug, did not like the quality of it.
