Been using DiVinci Labs vite's for a lot of years. I did some research on the company after having a health professional recommend them. Not only do they do the research on the balance of what and why. But, they utilize natural ingredients rather than producing "nutraceuticals" from chemicals as do a lot of well known "commercial" companies.The Spectra Man has a great list of vitamins as well as other non-usda recommended nutrients. The pills a bit large but smooth coated so not big deal.

This brand sells a premium multi-vitamin (supplement) pill at a premium price, so while the cost is quite high for a 30 day supply, it is not your regular multi-vitamin. Just by the size and quantity that is directed to take, you can tell they are packing as much in this as possible. Each capsule is fairly large and you are supposed to take 2, twice a day (4 capsules daily). This includes vitamins and minerals, but also amino acids, herbs, enzymes and fatty acids. Usually you would have to buy these in addition. The upside and downside is DaVinci Labs is picking it for you. If you buy these separately you can customize what you take, if you know what to look for. If you are looking for a plug and play overall wellness, this is a good choice. It's also more reasonably priced, when you consider that it's not just a multi-vitamin.There is a bit of a herby smell to it, but nothing intolerable. It does not bother my stomach and I can swallow them one at a time. If you are adverse to large capsules, these are among the largest that I have used. I included a picture to see how it compares to a typical gel-cap supplement.If you are looking for premium quality and were intending to purchase anyways the additional herbs, enzymes and fatty acids included in this formulation, then Spectra Man can be a good option at a reasonable price.

Like the Opti-Men supplements I have taken in the past, these include very high numbers of most vitamins. Though the recommended dosage is two tablets twice a day, I'm leaning toward just taking one tablet twice a day.These have a bit of a strong grainy smell to them, but I don't find it unpleasant at all. They are quite big though. I'm the kind of person who generally doesn't have any trouble at all swallowing pills, but these are a bit more of a challenge to get down.
