NeilMed Sinus Rinse Premixed Refill Packets with Xylitol, 60ct.

This is so much better than plain saline washes. The added xylitol helps with the mucus buildup and really cleans you out.

I buy this nasal rinse because it has Xylitol in it. I researched xylitol years ago and learned it had protective properties against infection. I use regular saline rinse via netti pot during pollen season. When I feel I am getting nasal congestionI will use the pre-mixed packets with xylitol. I rarely have sinus headaches anymore. The netti Pot is like a little teapot that pours saline mix through a nostril into the nasopharynx (back of the nasal passage and the throat) and out through the mouth or other nostril. This cleanses the area where allergens collect.

Great product, works as stated

Prefer over basic salt packets. 1 problem is that the packets are the size of sugar packets and therefore hard to pour into small bottle opening. Other than that, they are outstanding.

These work well at hydrating the nose. The packets are pre-mixed so you don't have to worry about that. Once you pour them into your Neti Pot you need to stir it or shake it really good I did have a couple issues where sometimes the crystals didn't all the way dissolved and I think that's due to some of their ingredients. However they did work pretty well I think they're a bit expensive for what I got. It did help with pain and the sinuses which I appreciated there was a little bit of an aftertaste which I did not like and I think that comes from the sugar substitute that's in its xylitol. The effects last a long time I can go 12 hours between rents and my nose out and feel okay. I would recommend them but if you have Xylitol sensitivity then I don't recommend them and again be sure to really shake it up or mix up your neti pot water really well with distilled water before you use these. And you will have better results.

Works great to moisturize which I need since I have empty nose syndrum.

Gentle and effective packets. Always dissolve. Gives a comfortable rinse as long as you have your water ratio correct per the instructions. Really good deal to buy online and in bulk. After using other brands, can appreciate that it is easy to open the packets and dump into nettipot without causing spillage.

Great product

I’m very happy with this discovery, it has made a real difference for me. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find in pharmacies in my area. The xylitol version is much gentler than the original one, which tends to burn over time and really irritates my sinuses. With this version, my sinuses stay hydrated for much longer. This is a true favorite for me, and I honestly wish I had discovered it sooner. The original version had become problematic. I’ve had sinus surgery, and this product has been part of my routine for the past 10 years to help prevent sinus infections.

Works way better than saltwater. Ive been using a regular nasal rinse for a month, and the results were limited and temporary. I switched to this Xylitol rinse, and after the 1st week, The results seem way better and last way longer.

Worth the extra money. Works for me better than the standard Neilmed packets.
