Soft, weighted, and very relaxing. Nice herbal smell and pain relieving

I like that this is weighted so not only does it help to stay in place without sliding around, but it's like getting a warm hug. It feels good on the neck, shoulders, and upper back and itdoes stay warm for a decent amount of time. Might only complaint is that it's supposed to smell like lavender and the herbs inside, but it doesn't. It doesn't smell like anything. I am satisfied with the functionality of it though and as a heating pad it does what it's supposed to do.

I have muscle tightness on my shoulders and it does help relieve the tightness to some degree. Stays cold for at least 30min

Whoever the f* suzzi is - good job honey. This heating pad “suzzipad” is amazing. I force my bf to heat it in the microwave for me nightly and watch 90 day fiancé at home like I’m at a 5 star resort spa.

My 2nd one ☝🏽 does the job as described

This is very soft. The scented one, barely has a scent. It just doesn't stay hot. I have to reheat it a lot. I also wish it was longer, to reach past my shoulders.
