My only issue with the book is you feel it has an academic influence, not necessarily practical information, but no doubt John Maxwell is Big Leadership Guru and you can always benefit from him

Very well researched and from long practical experience and usage of the practises bringing amazing positive outcome is elaborated in very interesting way to capture readers focused attention. Inspiring journey one can go through and learning from this lessons are sure key to lead successful, contented life .

Proof in the pudding....I read John's first edition many years ago, so when I took it off the book shelf to read again, I thought, "I bet he's updated this all these years later. I KNOW he's got much more insight now." Wow, was I right!! And when you work on yourself, you receive a new and improved message the second time around as well! When you can read and be emotionally moved, the author has done his job! And that, too, is what John strives for in his writing, as, without the stirring of emotion, the car (you), stays parked!
