I had a Samsung galaxy s9 and I've been waiting for the S20 to come back, I was really unsure about which sellers to buy the s20, but this one caught my attention, especially after seen the comment, though I was skeptical about that comment I decided to follow the steps from the first comment to make sure the seller and the item are legit, I was skeptical and unsure about buying the phone, the phone was going to arrive a day earlier but I sadly wasn't able to receive it until the day after, I can definitely say that so far the phone has been great! It picked up my T-mobile sim card and it worked perfectly. I am happy I got this offer!!!!!

Sat into my car seat with this in my back pocket- for the day- and the back glass broke immediately. and continued to break into shards ever since. Cut my fingers several times.Good phone, loved that it had extended memory area. Wish it had more personalizable feature tho. This is not due to the age- but the manufacturer. My older LG phone I was able to personalize each thread, text background, text bubbles; caller ringtone, etc....

I'm not complaining about the phone it was supposed to be new but refurbished i accidentally dropped it and i had a screen protector on it that was supposed to be a good screen protector which was the Armorsuit when the phone hit the cement ground it cracked all over the screen which leads me to believe there had to be some type of hairline crack on the phone that wasn't noticeable when i got it and by the way I insured it by Asurian thats another rip off the problems i had to go tbrough just to get them to fix my phone but they didnt they put the money i paid for the phone back in my Amazon gift card but not without going through a lot of crap then when i go to buy the phone again it went up over Two hundred dollars my opinion i think Amazon and Asurion are in cahoots with each other i just looked at the phone i bought2 days ago and it was the same price the minute they gave me back a refund the phone went up in price COME ON!!! I really didn't want to give them 1 star they don't deserve that its to bad its all about the money not their customers.

I am a real person. I am not paid nor do I have any affiliation with the seller, I am simply writing this for others to know that this seller is legit.The phone I received that was offered was a Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra 5g unlocked NEW. I was very skeptical about this on Amazon and messaged the seller my skepticism and after he confirmed that it was the real deal I went and bought it. I received the package EARLY which was nice, the box was a little worn but I’m didn’t buy it for the box probably happened in transit or just plain wear and tear, the phone was immaculate. Still sealed in plastic throughout even down to the speakers. I still of course was skeptical that this was a real deal. So I did some digging. I turned the phone on and first thing I did was run the IMEI number to verify it matches. I ran this FROM THE PHONE using a code to verify it and it in fact matched not just the box but the system code I was given therefore it was a real deal model and not likely to be refurbished. Still I was skeptical. I downloaded the app phone info to check the refurbished status and while phone info is typically a rooted only application it has a 90% rate to be true for checking refurbishment. The result was ORIGINAL. So that made me feel confident that this was a legit NEW product. Finally I checked if the phone was indeed unlocked. I did this in two ways, the first of which was run the debug mode and check the bands on the phone (network operators) and sure enough those came back as UNLOCKED. The final test was using two different sims one Verizon and one AT&T, which is what the phone came listed as, and sure enough it read both cards.The seller is legit, and the phones are the real deal. Buy the last one or lose a damn good deal on one of the greatest phones of this decade. 5 effing stars.

This phone meets all expectations. I'm very satisfied. Especially with the price. I got a phone with a no-problem track record, brand new (but purchased a couple of years after its release) for about half the price of its initial selling price. I love it. I haven't used the facial recognition feature yet, but the fingerprint scanner is not perfect, but pretty good. Overall, the phone exceeds my expectations and as always, Samsung keeps it up to date so I have the latest user interface and the most current version of Android.

This is my 2nd Galaxy phone, and I'm generally happy with it. Decent camera with more options that I know how to address. Good battery life, which pleases me with a used phone. The fingerprint reader is more finicky than I'd like, taking more effort than my prior Note 9 phone, but it works well enough. Love the size and the speaker quality. Over all, a good purchase.

The 1st s20 Ultra I recieved, the Camera failed, & had to be sent back to Reliant Cellular for a replacement. Even though I was dissapointed that the Phone Camera failed, their Product Service people took care of me, and sent me another new phone at no charge. Jason worked with me, & didn't blow me off. Thank you Jason. You were GREAT. I got the new phone, & all went well this time. I would HIGHLY recommend Reliant Cellular to any customer thinking of using them. They were AWESOME.

I spent so much only to get a damaged phone that was already flickering not even an hour after I got it set up. False lies about being new. It's a same I really wanted this phone.
