Excellent . Just like real elephant bigger than other animals

Great quality! I love that schleich is realistic! I did a lot of research on different animal toys for my kids and decided on schleich. I wanted something realistic so they would know what the actual animals look like. Yes they are small so keep that in mind. The elephant is much larger and heavy duty. I'm so happy I purchased these and I can't wait to add to the collection!

These Schleich animals are exquisite and adorable! The quality is excellent and I know my son will get countless years of play out of them. We bought these, along with a variety of other African, farm, and woodland Schleich animals, for my son's 2nd Birthday party - which was party animal themed! I knew they'd be a good investment because their use would last long after the party! (I don't have a picture of the elephant, but I've included one of some of the other animals.) I made the mini party hats for the animals to wear and I think it made a big impact, decor-wise for the party. I couldn't recommend Schleich more!! Despite how young my son is, he's already enjoying imaginative play with them, and I know he'll continue to for a long time!

I love all of the Schleich animals! I bought 8 of them for my grandkids (along with the book, "Safari, So Good" from the Cat in the Hat's Learning Library) to show them some of the animals we had seen on our African safaris. The animals are very well made, with a good weight and size. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful toy. Nice size, sturdy, nicely weighted, but the quality of this one doesn’t seem as good as other Scleich animals we have. When it arrived, the tusks were bent so much they were touching, and the legs were slightly wobbly. The paint job seemed rushed with tusks and mouth barely painted, and some of the tusk paint on the face. Also, My child played gently with it off and on for an hour today and the paint is already wearing off.

These are such great quality animals.

We purchased this as a decorative item rather than a child’s toy. Picture has a 3 wick candle for scale. It is durable and has served its purpose! There are some sharper points on the elephant so I would keep that in mind if you are purchasing this for a younger child. Other than that, cute elephant!

We love Schleich figurines for my children as the educational value & play created from them is wonderful in these early years. I will say the size of this elephant & weight are truly fantastic as well detail even showing they veins in the eat. I am giving 5 stars BUT I will say the paint quality of the one I received looks like it was rushed. The tusks are almost the same color as the elephant & Ive seen this exact one in stores & that didn’t seem to be an issue on those clearly showing whiter tusks. Some of the tusk paint got heavy handed on the trunk rather than on the tusks themselves. It also looks like the one I received may have been played with as paint seems to have rubbed off on the back foot. Not a big enough worry for me to return it as it will be played with my by 3 & 1 years olds but figured I’d note it hoping for a little more quality control. I think my children will love it & get a lot of play from it.

La qualità è eccezionale come livello di dettaglio e rifinitura, diversamente ad altri animali della stessa marca, questi elefanti sembrano veri! Allo stesso tempo, il colore li rende anche molto eleganti come soprammobile in mezzo ad altri tipo zen / buddista

Mittlerweile ist die Qualität nicht mehr so wie früher. Die Farbe blättert sehr schnell ab. Robust sind sie dennoch bis heute.

Se trata de una figura fabricada con un material plástico de PVC, de buena calidad, pintada a mano, y con todo lujo de detalles. La figura representa un elefante africano macho adulto de color marrón grisáceo, con la boca abierta y la trompa hacia arriba, como si estuviera emitiendo un grito (o barrito), sonido característico de estos animales. El tacto es agradable y muy realista, duro, rígido y estriado, imitando a la perfección la textura rugosa de la piel de un elefante real. Respecto al tamaño, cuando lo ves en la realidad es más grande de lo que aparenta en las fotografías. La figura cuenta con unos 19cm de largo y unos 12 de alto. Si bien esta figura se vende como juguete, yo la compré para decoración y desde luego que cumple con mis expectativas. Es apto para jugar, ya que no se romperá al manipularlo o al golpearlo, pero también es ideal como elemento decorativo de estilo africano. El mismo fabricante dispone de la pareja, un elefante hembra adulto , fabricado con la misma calidad y detalle. Como curiosidad, según las tradiciones, los elefantes en general atraen la buena suerte. Cuando tienen la trompa hacia arriba, como en este caso, simbolizan la prosperidad y la abundancia. Sin duda se trata de una figura que bien podría venderse como pieza de coleccionista, para amantes de los animales, muy recomendable por su excelente relación calidad/precio.
