I probably did not read the description closely enough, but it is only about five or six inches tall and curling will not stand up in it without turning it over.

I don't know what appliance these are designed to fit (length), but not only did they not end up fitting in the designated hole in my cupboard, with the crimped base, they are no where near long enough for my curling iron and flat iron to fit into.
