We fill 1/3 the bottom of a glass jar with a plastic top (not metal).Fill with distilled water and wait 24 hrs for the top water to be clear before use. It is saturated with the salt minerals.Keeps indefinitely. Replenish when salt is down low and bring up the level to 1/3 layer of salt chunks again and refill the jar with distilled water. Do this as needed.We drink every morning. Maybe 6 days on and 1 day off.Add 1 tsp of the Sole water to 8 oz of drinking water.Use only a plastic spoon only (not metal) . Contains 83 trace minerals. Came in simple plastic package, the salt is pretty large chunks, very nice!

I looked long and hard to find high quality, pink Himalayan salt in this exact size. I use it to make sole', a concentrated salt water solution. This size is not too large to fit in the opening of the jar, but large enough not to instantly dissolve. I'll be ordering more!

I am not sure I will even use this salt as I don’t trust the origin. It arrived in only a cellophane & bubble wrap as the picture shows. No printed material at all. Salt also looks dirty…see picture.

I have yet to use this product, however I was pleased with the over all looks, packaging, and amount.
