Q: How thick is this board?

1.25" thick - the dimensions are in the listing description, you might want to refer to the full description for all the details. I've had this cutting board for ~1 month. I use it daily and love it. Best cutting board that I've owned in my life. Just a note, it is heavy but easily manageable. Wooden cutting boards should be minimum 1" thick

Q: Does this board need to be sealed before use or is it already sealed for meat cutting?

It's already sealed and ready to use. Very good quality, very sturdy and would highly recommend.

Q: Is this board smooth on the other/bottom side? I want to use it to roll cookie dough. Thanks.

The board is the same on both sides (so maybe somehow label each side, i.e. sweet/savory.) I have the extra large (xxxl), the work area is large enough (13x21) to roll out cookie dough. The weight of the board keeps it still, when placed on a kitchen towel, while using the rolling pin. It seems very heavy for its size, but that is helpful when using it.

Q: Does the board have a warranty against cracking?

Not sure but doesn’t matter to me. This cutting board is the best. We cut backside to make it fit snug on stove in RV. Nothing cracked or broke. Love it!
