Q: My vitamins order has not been delivered to my address. Email says it’s been delivered?

The email may have jumped the gun. I have had this happen to me and the order has arrived one or two days later. Alternatively, it may have been delayed at the local depot of the deliverer due to the huge backlog of parcels caused by the postal strikes and the surge in demand for private firms to take on the deliveries. Keep chasing the delivery company or Post Office and insist that you have not received the parcel yet. Most companies provide tracking that you can do on your laptop, which should tell you where your parcel is held up.

Q: Where is the best before or use by date on this product? It appears to be missing.

The BBE date is under "Nutritional Information" at the bottom right hand side beneath the GMP badge. It gives the batch number and on recent purchases a BBE date of 11/2024

Brilliant Product

A must for the winter months along with high strength vitamin D and vitamin K2. Oh and the best before date is on the back in tiny writing, I overlooked this and asked the seller about it 🤦‍♂️
