Nice quality
Has higher flow options. But doesnt have half liter options. Comes with new seals when attaching to a new tank. Comes with a solid tool that works great for open the new bottles

Great Regulator; Inadequate Wrench
I purchased and have used and tested this regulator. The regulator delivers accurate flow rate as tested by a meter. I worried that sloppy manufacture would let oxygen leak while in use so I closed the "output" port (set regulator to zero) and opened the tank valve pressurizing the system. Then I closed the tank valve and waited to see if pressure would be lost from the regulator. After an hour the pressure on the gauge was unchanged. The regulator does not leak.The wrench is made of soft plastic and does not fit properly on the tank valve. I can see stress cracks forming in the soft plastic from moderate use. (ugh).
