RUSTINSEAVS2500 2.5L Outdoor Varnish Satin - Clear

A good varnish which I found easy to apply. Good drying time and a nice finish. Applied 2 coats to the inside of a timber shed.

Bought this as had heard good things about Rustins. We have several original solid wood windows I wanted to restore. We removed them. Sanded back to original wood, cleaned as instructed and applied 3 coats. Looked beautiful. After 4 months they were already showing problems. The varnish didnt withstand the rain or sun (Cornwall) and by 7 months they looked awful and had to be removed, sanded and revarnished (with another product).Please wait a few months before reviewing to make sure it lives up to expectations. I was fooled and it has cost me hours of work. So disappointed.

Used it for first time last year. Looks great now topped up with second coat. Rain just slips off

After I give my garage it's third coat, has it says on the tin, I took a step back and thought brilliant it looked like I've just erected it, 3 weeks later it rained, the pictures says it all
