Awesome!
This Electrolux vacuum is a powerhouse! It's lightweight and a pleasure to use! Excellent with sucking up cat hair from 4 kitties! Small, efficient and mighty! Loving all the attachments too.Few things I noticed: I think you have to fully charge and use it until you drain the battery a few times before the battery performs to its full potential of 40 minutes run time (train the battery, so to speak). While the roller brush does get hair caught in, requiring a cleaning out, it's really no big deal and easy to clean. I've only had it for over a week but wow, thoroughly impressed! Perfect for an apartment dweller. Really love the small footprint. I replaced a kenmore vacuum with this and am very glad I did. I only hope it continues to perform as well a year or two from now!

FANTASTIC VACUUM!
This is FANTASTIC! It's lightweight, compact, self propelled, and does an amazing job! I live in a very dusty climate, and this small but mighty cordless vacuum does the trick! Unlike using the cloths, this doesn't push the dust around, it sucks it up and it's gone! My cleaning daily with a cloth days, are over! Run this every few days, and walking barefoot it a joy! Great purchase, especially for the low cost!

Best light weight vac available. I have tried many of them.
This is my new best vac friend. I have always used tank vacs but as a senior, they have become too heavy for me to motivate. This little gem is perfect; easy to use, no cords, holds excessive hair and dirt (if you happen to have a shedding German Shepherd as we do) and is so easy to clean the filter. I use an old tooth brush and whisk brush. As my daughter's room mate I prefer to help as much as possible. This does the trick for me. I will add, best use is on hard surface floors. Carpet use drains power quickly. Highly, highly recommend. Try it, you 'll be glad you did.

Electrolux Ergorapido Pet Stick Cordless Vacuum is Lightweight and Easy to Handle
I have used several cordless vacuums of the years with the most recent model from Hoover. That model's suction at the front of the unit stopped and this was after almost two years of use with pets. Purchased the Electrolux Ergorapido Pet Stick, Lightweight Cordless Vacuum with LED Nozzle Lights and Turbo Power Battery, for Removing Pet Hair from Carpets and Hard Floors, in Vacuum, Chili Red, because the brand is highly reliable. What I appreciate about the new vacuum is how lightweight it is, the front headlight, and multiple attachments including a couple of smaller brush attachments. The model's profile is low so it can fully fit to vacuum under the bed and other furniture. The swivel head means less manual labor. What could be improved is the height of the stick. While it does have two options for height, the highest option still falls short for a woman under 5-5. A couple of other features that could be improved include a wider headlight sweep and more suction when using the highest power mode for carpets.

Best Cordless Stick Vacume
This is an amazing little cordless stick vac. Better suction than some regular vacumes I've had. Light weight. The light is a nice feature. Can easily vacume under beds and other furniture. It's relatively quiet and doesn't run hot. I have a mobility disability and I can easily vacume one handed from a seated position with this vacume and easily get it from place to place. It has different settings to accommodate carpet or hard flooring. When you order replacement filters they come with a nifty tool to clean the roller and the roller is easily removable if needed. It's not prone to clogs and if it does clog they are easily resolved. The battery life depends on how dirty the carpet is. Only one minor downside, it does not deal well with carpet powder. It picks up the powder, but it will sometimes fall back out and vacuuming it up quickly drains the battery. Totally worth the price.

Bad quality and somehow even worse customer service.
This was my favorite vacuum of all time... while it worked. It stopped working in less than a year, well within warranty, and I decided to call their customer service to see what needed to be done to use the warranty because I liked it so much. Basically, it was unusable - the vacuum died within 5 seconds of starting even when fully charged.Their customer service is so terrible it made me wish I was speaking to AT&T. Never in my life have I wished that an entire team be replaced by AI.I call in. They confirm I get a full replacement and it's covered. They send me an email and I reply with everything that they ask for within 24 hours. This is an email address they ask you to reply to in the email itself, so this is not an unmonitored inbox. Allegedly.A week later, I email them asking for an update. No reply. Two weeks later, I email them asking for an update. No reply.Just under one month later, I call in, slightly miffed. I speak to another person. He says I did everything right and the first person messed up, and that not only do I have to send in everything again, I instead need to create an account and submit a ticket on Frigidaire's website for humidifiers (Frigidaire is owned by Electrolux). I confirm that it's okay even though it's a vacuum cleaner, and he says yes. I do so. I send in everything again. I ask him to reply to my email so that I know it was received. He says he CAN'T because the email has "disappeared into the system." I am actually speechless for a moment. My claim is marked approved and I feel the faintest wisp of hope.I send three follow up emails spaced about a week apart asking for an update, and of course, no reply. It's now over two months since I originally called in, and I still have 0 follow up and 0 working vacuums from them.Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I get it, nothing is perfect, everything is overengineered, and things will have issues, but whether or not you back up your product is a huge indicator of the company's quality. If I could give negative stars for the bafflingly terrible experience and the huge waste of my time, I would. Get something better quality from a better company.
