Expectations...
I was looking for a machine to 'toss' the ball. Something similiar to a coach tossing a ball for a backhand or forehand. This machine does this perfectly.I bought the other manufacturer's extra ball feeder. It can now handle 25 balls at a time. Absolutely perfect.If you're looking for something to fire the ball from the opposite baseline... this isn't going to be for you. Nope, dig into your wallet for another $1500 for that machine.

Totally dissapoint
I am totally disappointed. Like someone else on the reviews said, this is not for players, but probably for pets. No speed in the launching whatsoever. So this is money on the garbage bin.

Very good for price (I have two)
Yes you have to put it close to you on the same side, yes it doesn't bounce that high. But for $100 is pretty stinkin good.I usually play in the morning at sunrise and don't have anyone to play with. I don't like hitting the wall, so its either I manually drop the ball or this. I'd take this any day.I haven't had any issues (yet), and it does as its supposed to. I even bought a second one so I have one on each side of the court (so I don't have to run back and forth to pick up/insert balls into the machine).Overall great for solo play/training. I set up a tripod and record with my phone camera so it's really easy to nitpick the things I can improve on my groundstrokes.

Good for proper use
I got this as a ball launcher for my aussie! It doesn’t go far enough for him even on the 4th level so I am returning. BUT if you’re using it as a launcher to practice hitting for tennis or related sports I think it would serve the purpose fine! That’s my unprofessional opinion! :)I like that it can be plugged in or take batteries, and can hold several balls at a time!

Not bad for the price
The automatic ball dispenser works great. It’s a little flimsy for my liking, it’s held up so far but I feel as though it could easily break given any resistance or if it were to fall over. Product was easy to put together. Overall happy with the purchase.

Machine is fine, arrived incomplete
Machine works fine, not worth the price, my box arrived without the spiral ball pieces.

The device does not work for Tennis, it might work for trowing a pet the ball but that is about it.
