Great product
I bought these for my boyfriend who had a radical prostatectomy (prostate removed). His comments: I like them so much I'm thinking of calling my doctor and telling him he should recommend them to patients who don't want to wear a giant pad all day. They're great for people who have a small to moderate amount of leakage, I'm not sure I'd recommend them for someone with severe incontinence. When there is leakage I can't feel it like I could when wearing a pad, and it's so much more comfortable, and less embarrassing than a pad or adult diaper. Carry an extra with you in case you drop the one your wearing into the toilet when you remove it to urinate. It's greatly improved my quality of life.

Better for "showers" than for "growers"
I got this product because it is compatible with boxer shorts, where regular pads aren't. While I like the concept, practically speaking if you're a "grower" you will be checking periodically to make sure product hasn't fallen off.

Only for those who leak a maximum of a few drops, it barely holds a v, very small volume of fluid.
I'll have to agree with a couple of the earlier post, this product is on the small side, I'm just barely above average in size. It has very little or no absorbency and is more of a cover. I guarantee it will NOT hold no more than a quarter ounce and that's probably pressing it.On a positive note, I think it's a good idea, they only need to do a few modifications to make it better. One suggestion would be maybe making a couple, three sizes.I believe this would work well for those who have caught their leaking issue really early, those who only have a few drips to deal with.I would think it could be priced quite a bit cheaper because it doesn't have that material in them to absorb greater amounts of fluid.

360 incontinence protection
I love this product. Fits well, adhesive tape works well, & no leaks. With pads, there's more of a chance of leaks, & they're bulky. They are a bit pricey though. I recommend this product, & will purchase again.

Great product but way overpriced here
This pouch is really comfortable and keeps you much drier than shields. I recommend. Beware, you can get these for half the price via the CVS website.
