My dog is 15 and he’s been taking this supplement for years now, since his bloodwork first started showing concerns of cushings disease. After starting this his bloodwork improved after about 3-4 months and improved again at 6 months to the point his vet was no longer concerned. He has been able to stay off any prescribed medicines. He is about 20 pounds and I give him two tablets every night before bed.

Within 2 weeks of giving this to my dog every night, he started looking and acting so much better. It’s been a month now and he’s back to himself—happy and energetic.Untreated Cushing’s makes them feel crummy, which makes them grumpy. I was so worried about him. He’s only 9 years old and all of a sudden started acting so different back in March 2025. It’s now July 2025. He had lost muscle and was always tired for a few months there. He was losing some hair and had bumps showing up on his skin. All of that is reversed now after a full month on this.I also feed him homemade food (beef, salmon, sardines, peas, carrots, sweet potatoes) every day. No poultry ever.I give him this at night crushed up and added to a can of sardines. He threw up when I gave it to him on an empty stomach. But does fine with the sardines.I also put a probiotic, chaga mushroom powder, Myos, and Pet Wellbeing adrenal drops in his breakfast and dinner. I was doing all of this before adding this HMR lignins+melatonin and wasn’t seeing improvement. It wasn’t until I added this that he made a total turnaround. Added muscle back, no more bumps on his skin, no more little patches of hair loss, and back to being so sweet, energetic, and never grumpy.So thankful for this stuff!

My 9 year old dog was showing all the signs of Cushings disease and I wasn't comfortable giving her the drugs prescribed by vets and wanted something natural. She was also waking me every 2 hours at night to go outside to potty and I knew something had to change. Reading a review of an adrenal support product the person mentioned also giving their dog melatonin so I started looking into it too and saw this product and decided to try it. Since the very first night I gave it to her she has slept the entire night.

Have been giving this product to my dog who has Cushings for a couple months now and he definitely does not pant as much and is able to get up and down better.

Our dog's vet said he suspected Cushing's disease. Our 11 year old dog had a tender belly that was a bit distended, was lethargic, didn't want to walk most of the time, looked and sounded unhappy, and her blood work showed elevated results indicating possible Cushing's. They wanted to do lots more tests to confirm but we didn't want to do that to her and instead I started her on these. Wow is all I can say. It changed everything, she's much happier, peppier, is going for walks, and her stomach is no longer tender or enlarged. I am really stunned, I was preparing myself for her demise, but now I think she has more time. Thank you is all I can say.

The media could not be loaded. It’s like someone told the owner that it would be a good idea to put the pills in a REALLY BIG bottle because consumers are lemmings. I’ve never seen so much stuffing inside a bottle for just a few measly little pills at the bottom in my life. I order these because it’s easier for my dog sitter and walker to have one fewer pills to give, but the packaging is ridiculous, wasteful, and maddening . It’s a GIANT bottle that takes up too much space in my small kitchen for a tiny pill. All so the owner can have their dog’s pic on the label? Try to fool consumers? A little of both? I don’t know, but I dump out the pills every time and put it into a smaller plain bottle, and shake my head at the enormous amount of cotton and plastic this wastes. I care about my dog, and yet I also care about you single-handedly filling a landfill with bad packaging choices.

My dog won’t eat them by themselves, they have to be hidden in her food. They make her mad drowsy all day and night. The melatonin seems to be a bit strong for a 20lb dog. I had her on just straight lignans but thought I’d switch to this one. She was doing better on the other product. Her thirst seems to have increased on this medication. I think it’s from her being so drowsy/sleeping all day and night that when she is awake she has to make up for all the hours she should’ve had to drink water. She’s still getting me up in the middle of the night. I will have her finish this bottle but then I’m switching her back to the other brand. She’s too old to to be this drowsy. It makes her unstable. I’m concerned these aren’t working great for her with the increased thirst she’s been experiencing. She’s been on these for about a week now. Also wanted to add that I asked a question about the melatonin and drowsy side effect wondering if she will get used to it eventually but no one ever answered.Update:My dog’s Cushing has gone back to be terrible on this supplement. She is back to drinking a ton of water constantly. I do not recommend this and have changed my review to 1 star. Also I’m returning the product. Way to expensive not to work. My poor dog has been feeling ill for a week now cuz I was waiting to see if this product took longer to get in her system. I feel so bad. I immediately ordered the other supplement I know works but couldn’t get recently and that is why I tried this one. Never again. Don’t buy this product if you love your dog it will only make them drowsy and keep them thirsty AF.
