I’ve heard this pill works wonders for some people. For me it unfortunately triggered a lot of acne and also lead me into a similar state of anxiety and depression that I experience when on birth control.

(Please note the product has nothing to do with preventing pregnancy and if you take any other substances that affect hormones you should consult a doctor before use.) This helped my cystic acne definitely, it was getting out of hand, within a few weeks I stopped getting them except for 1 or 2 mild ones close to my period as used to be normal for me. It helped decrease the length of time my breasts were sore, and I swear it made them look bigger on average which is awesome. Cramps weren't as strong either, and it's hard to say if the pills were the cause but it may have helped stabilize my mood. My only issue was how it delayed my period. I could tell it was supposed to be starting for 4 days, I had mild cramps, brown discharge, but the blood wouldn't flow. I do not worry about pregnancy because I have a copper IUD but I wanted to get my period over with. Period itself hurt pretty bad first day but stopped and then normalized. All in all it relieved my PMS but did not improve the period itself.
