As most home gym users will know, space is usually of a premium. This bench folds compactly with relative ease. This space saving design was a key element in my decision to purchase this item. When folded, the bench is slightly difficult to carry. I'm sure it isn't designed to be carried (especially up and down stairs) and it's worth noting that changing it from folded to unfolded is very easy to do with the locking pin.The bench is sturdy when used in any position. I like the use of a screw to adjust the angle of the bench even if sometimes, it's difficult to locate the hole. It can feel somewhat time consuming making the adjustments however it's great to use this as a rest period in between sets and I've built my routine around minimising the number of times I have to adjust the bench.Overall, I'm really happy with this bench. It's been a great help to my training. I've been using it for 6 months now and there are no noticeable signs of wear and tear (maybe I should train harder). I would highly recommend this product!

Very good product for the money. I also appreciate that the manual has a schematic of the bench and a full parts list (nuts bolts etc) so the item can be repaired in the future if its ever needed. The assembly instructions could have been a little more clear but the pictures where accurate and enough as its simple to assemble ( only 6 bolts ). Fit and finish is excellent and any welds i could see where of good quality. It supports my far too ample frame very well. Would recommend. The only change i would make to the device is to have a hole to put the pin in that keeps the bench in the folded set-up , you can store the pin in the hole that is uses when its set up so you are not going to lose it but another hole in the frame would have been nice so you could use that pin to secure it folded. This is not a problem just an enhancement that they could make.Its easy to change the layout of the bench and this can be done without having to put it on its side , that has been a problem with some older designs.

Seems good quality for a home bench. I'm 6ft 1 and is big enough for me. Pins and adjusters are good quality and everything slides well. Importantly for me, folds up small and is easy to unfold and get going. 1* knocked off for the condition the package arrived...it had been left sitting in a puddle. Delivery driver was apologetic and stayed long enough for me to confirm contents was ok, thanks! (ArrowXL)

It's just awesome and robust

Used this last night, feels comfortable and sturdy. Moving the bench is smooth and easy. I'm very pleased

A relatively well made thick cushion covers this sturdy constructed bench. I weigh 15+ stone and use this with upto 25kg dumb bells and feel secure and stable. Easily folded and unfolded. Recommended.
