What I was looking for
The ferrous gluconate is a good slow release iron that doesn’t cause constipation like other varieties. This is a good inexpensive brand.

Well, they work!
What more could you want? My dad has low iron/hemoglobin, and these have slowly but surely been bringing him back into normal range. Not too big, easy to swallow, and not too expensive!Edit: In case anyone sees this review in the future, I want to add -- make sure to take liposomal vitamin C along with your iron. Until dad added that, literally no iron supplement did a single thing for him, and he was dependent on transfusions.
