Buy it I highly recommend it and here's a little tip
For the price you can't beat it it works just fine. It's easy to use just cut the meat into smaller pieces and put it in. Also it helps when you put in your last pieces scoop some of the already grinded up meat and put it inside enough to push out all the meat that wasn't grinded at the end so what I'm trying to say is that when you get to the end of grinding take a handful of already grinded meat and put it through so everything is processed great product highly recommend it I use it for my dog food I grind it up

I really like this meat grinder
This meat grinder works perfectly. I used to have an old fashioned heavy metal meat grinder but it eventually broke and we needed to replace it. Although this is all plastic, it does work very well and gets the job done. This is actually the second one of these meat grinders that I bought. I have one at my house and the most recent purchase was for my parents and their house. We had a whole ham at Easter and had 3/4 of it left over. I used the meat grinder to make ham salad and it worked out perfectly.

Perfect for my situation
I purchased a large beef brisket at a really good price considering what beef is going for these days. There's just the 2 of us and I thought I could grind the beef up for hamburgers. I cut the beef up into manageable servings then froze it for when I needed it. I purchased this grinder to do the job and I'm pretty happy with the results. After the first try of grinding 1-1/2 lbs of brisket, I discovered I needed to trim off the grizzly membrane before cubing it up for the grinder. Better cuts of meat won't have this problem, but brisket does. I saw a video showing how a professional grinder will take just about anything on a brisket and grind it, but this little hand crank is a bit more fussy and will jam up with the grizzle winding around the entire cutting mechanism. That was a pain to clean out. I also need to back track the crank to dislodge meat occasionally and that is also due to the tougher texture of meat going through. I only use the wider hole attachment because the meat would virtually turn to mush with the one with smaller holes. Today was the second time I used it and after incorporating all my tips, it went very smoothly and quick. I wouldn't use it if I were grinding an entire side of beef, but for small quantities like 1-2 lbs of meat, it's sure worth it. Clean up is a breeze but you need a spongy bottle washer to get inside the tube. I like it and recommend for meat grinding. I'm anxious to try the cookie attachment and to try some soft nut grinding for the holidays. On a personal note, it brings back a fond memory of me cranking the handle of my mom's meat grinder when I was little. That's right . . . I'm that old. BTW the brisket burgers are deeeeeeelicious!

DOESN'T WORK, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. PHOTOS PROVE IT
I was hoping this would do what it's supposed to do - grind meat. Instead, All it did was mush the meat through the churning tunnel and clogged at the opening. I spent an hour chopping the meat into the small pieces and tried to push them through the shute. However, they would not grind and no matter how you try to get the meat to go through, All it does is get stuck at the opening and won't hardly come through the holes. Upon inspection and removing the grill, I could see that the meat was just being tangled by the tissue.I prepped the meat by removing as much connective tissue and fat and left only the red meat. This took a long time to do and prepare the meat for the grinder, which in itself is labor intensive . So this should have gone through nicely. But instead all it did was just churn in the tube and go nowhere. Also, the way the hook is set up, You need at least 2 inchee of your counter to extend beyond the cabinet or it will not hitch right. Another problem with the design is that the handle extends beyond the length of the grinder and therefore must hang off the edge of the counter in order to make a revolution. Bad design. After spending a half hour trying to get the meat to go through, I decided to take a short video of the first 5 minutes which went nowhere. Unfortunately the video would not load on Amazon. All that effort of cutting the meat, preparing it and it didn't work.So in order not to waste 4 lb of fresh steak meat, I stuck it in my Hamilton Beach food processor and got everything ground down in under 5 minutes. My advice? Stick to your food processor and forget this method. It's not worth it. It was a big waste of time and money.Buyer beware: When I got my "new" meat grinder out of the box, the funnel of the grinder had a slight pink tint to it. I suspect it was not new and was used and returned to Amazon only to be recycled back out for someone to buy it like me. There shouldn't be any reason why that funnel tube portion of this grinder is tinted pink unless it was used and returned prior to my purchase. This does put people at risk for contamination. Just be aware and skip buying this. Take out your reliable Hamilton Beach food processor and grind the meat in a few moments and save yourself the trouble and waste of money.See photos.

Great product so far but missing the coarse blade and table clamp. Showed up already put together minus the handle so not sure if it is used

Just the right size and price.
I use it occasionally for 10-15 pounds of pork or venison. Perfect size, easy to use and clean. Simple and very effective.
