Nice healthy snack when your on the go
These are delicious little snack pots. I don't understand the review stating they were fatty because mine where perfect not fatty in the slightest but they were abit salty, however I did enjoy them. Goes down a treat with the kids too. Nice healthy snack when your on the go.

Surprising
Actually surprised at how good these little chunks of boiled ham , I say boiled because I'm sure that has been the process, because what's noticeable is the lack of overwhelming salt you associate with ham. This had good balance and was excellent for tossing into a mixed salad.
