Bought by accident but glad I did
I saw fine and assumed it was 00 so surprise it isn't. I was making lots of pasta for the holiday so I had to use it and did a 50/50 mix with the 00 that I had which was not enough for the amount I was making. Well I think the pasta was the best I ever made. I made fettuccini and ravioli and both were better to taste and the dough had the properties that made it easy to use in the form and I had not punctures like in the past and I have been making them for holidays for many years. Not saying I am an expert but dough made with this and 00 were the easiest to work with and came out with the perfect texture when cooked. Plus gave that nice yellow color that I have seen is what you want to see. I have used other semolina in the past but it was not a fine ground and well the results were great. You decide but I will be buying more for upcoming holidays.

Not expired and came packaged well
Great flour. Came packaged well. No leaks or spillage and the date wasn't expired. The flour is fine and you can tell when cooking with it that it is top quality. I bake bread and pizza dough with it mostly.

Bellisimo
Fine grain semolina flour imported from Italy. Fantastic for a variety of recipies. I purchased for pasta making from scratch. Wonderful flavor. Dries well. Hydrates well. Texture is that of soft cornmeal. But the smell is divine! Well packaged.

No bloating from this flour!
I baked a bread loaf with this flour and no matter how much I eat of the bread, I DO NOT BLOAT!!! The bread is delicious and goes down so easily, and I can actually eat my fill without filling up like a balloon because of the gluten. Whatever flour we have in America is harming us because this flour from Italy proved that I don’t have a gluten intolerance, but that I have an intolerance to bad quality American flour.
