Before I purchased these ACV gummies I weighed 220lbs and I couldn't lose any weight no matter how hard I tried. I received these gummies on 5/29. I weighed myself today 6/6 & I'm down 5lbs. I've also started back my foot detox, so maybe it's a combination of both, along with exercising and eating moderately. These taste good, the only thing is they're made with vegetable oil & that's not a good oil to use. They should use a better, healthier alternative. Would I purchase them again? Maybe, I'm unsure due to these gummies being made with vegetable oil.

I am a larger girl, my metabolism has always been slow. It’s always been a struggle for me to lose weight even when I’m extremely active and eating healthy. I have been taking these vitamins since approximately October 4th and on October 21, I am down 8 lbs. I have also been eating much smaller portions and healthier foods along with the vitamin. I stay as active as I can with a foot injury as well.If you feel like your metabolism may just need a boost, these vitamins seem to work for me! :-)

Is there a different flavor???
I have no idea if this stuff will work as promised. I have my doubts. Never have found any similar products that deliver. I can say they taste horrible! I’m not sure I can “power through” to see if I get any results. Tastes like mushy raisins.

Gummies taste great, low sugar, extra vitamins and supplements. The package came on time.

As good as the hype
I just started to take these and am only a week in. The advertisements boast unrealistic results so I'm only expecting some additional "supplement" to my diet to aid with weight loss. The taste is a little sharp but they did a good job with the apple flavor to help with the sharpness of the vinegar. At this point I would give it a 4 for effort, value and taste. If the results are obtained by aiding the weight loss I would increase it to a 5.
