I don't know if this is a placebo effect or reality but it's totally working for me. No side effects yet that I can see but it's amazing. It really has enhanced my workout I'm doing better at gym and highly motivated. Tips for beginners: 1. Take half scoop in 250ml water. 2. Atleast eat a banana or a peanut butter sandwich before consuming this otherwise you might feel stomach irritation. Don't take in empty stomach. 3. Don't take after 8pm because 4. Always take 15mins before you start your workout. Also I loved cranberry flavour. You might feel some itching in hands but that's fine. Gradually when you get used to it you can increase your dose from half to one scoop. But not more than one scoop a day.

I have been using this for almost 2 and half years but now the effective ness has been gone and taste also not good compared to product which I have been using till now. I have been using this pre workout for almost 4 months. It's a good pre workout for people who do like 30 to 1 hrs workout after that it crashed ...I used to do 1 scope but since I do around 2 3 hrs workout I notice that this pre workout crashed after 1 hours you dont get enough energy or blood pumping....its react very fast in body in 30 to 1 mins it will give u beta alaine sensation itchy and tingling but don't worry it's normal for pre workout with high amount of beta alaine....if you are beginner or only do workout for like 1 hrs max go for it...for long duration energy I won't suggest it will crashed drastically.....and taking this pre workout didn't effect my sleep...only reason I stopped because of crashed . Anyway good for 1 hrs or beginner.
