What I Bought & Why I purchased this 12 V 2 A (12 W) SMPS adapter from FEDUS to power BSNL FTTH Modem. It arrived quickly and securely packaged from Amazon India. ⭐ What I Like • Reliable Voltage & Amperage – Delivers stable output (12 V / 2 A) exactly as claimed. My LED strip has been running flawlessly without flicker. • Wide Compatibility – Works well with multiple devices that use a 5.5 × 2.1 mm barrel jack—perfect for my LED lights, CCTV camera, and a Bluetooth speaker  . • Safety First – Includes over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection. Zero heat during use—very reassuring . • Extra‑Long Cord – With a generous ~2 m cord made from high-quality copper, I had no trouble reaching distant outlets . • Sturdy Build – Rugged outer casing feels solid; it’s survived a couple of accidental bumps without any dents or functional issues. 🔍 Things to Keep in Mind • No Additional Tips – There’s only one fixed barrel plug. I bought this adapter for my CCTV NVR and so far it has been working exactly as expected. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and it powers the system without any issues. No heating or fluctuations noticed during use. Overall, a good quality product that does the job well.

It works ! Hope it lasts. Appreciate the company's efforts to supply quality electronic adaptors of different capacities, which otherwise is very hard to find . Delivery was also on time. Good work .

The product works well and smooth. Haven't faced any issue and the quality feels appropriate. The cable length is adequate for the use of a wifi modem.

Functionaning as expected, but durability is worst. In 7 months period its stopped to work. At least the product should serve the purpose for minimum 2 years. So overall not a great product.

The D.C. power barrel pin (thin) does not fit in to apolosign digital photo frame input.

I had purchased the adapter in Aug'23 as a backup for the one in use. When the first one died in Mar'24 I started to use this one from the next day. However, it died in less than a month. When I conveyed my experience (along with all relevant dates) to customer service, they promised to resolve my issue and asked me to fill in a form with purchase details including a copy of the invoice. I did so and confirmed. No one got back to me since then. After a couple of days, I checked with them again and again they asked me to send them a copy of the invoice which I again shared. After looking at that, they asked me to send them a video of the problem which I again filmed and uploaded. Then they said that they need to see my face in the video. This time I refused as it is a total breach of privacy. After this, they replied, that I need to purchase a new product as my warranty has expired. Not sure why they gave me false assurances of resolving my problem when I initially complained to them with all dates and subsequently also after I uploaded my invoice in their form and had to re-share it with them. They still wanted a video and another video showing my face, as if they will fix my problem based on my "face value". When I refused that, they immediately claimed out-of-warranty. Not sure what sort of scam or fraud these guys are up to, wanting a video showing my face. But one thing is for sure. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY ANY FEDUS PRODUCT HENCEFORTH. Not at all worth the problems. Giving 1 star. ***UPDATE on 8th May*** After my above review was posted I got contacted by another FEDUS customer service representative (Chikoo Technologies) and they apologized for my inconvenience and confirmed that the earlier customer service representative who had dealt my case, being new in the job, handled it wrongly and now they have decided to provide me a replacement power adaptor. They have also shared with me the courier tracking details for the same. I am eagerly awaiting its arrival and hopefully this time I will not be disappointed and the replacement product will give me proper usable life. I always try to patronize Indian businesses because I strongly believe that we can manufacture good products and such businesses can also provide great customer service leading to customer delight. In this case, I am happy that FEDUS customer service has reverted back to me positively. I thank them for that and I hope that I can also reciprocate the positivity in my feedback. As a good gesture, I am changing to 3 stars, although I am yet to receive the replacement power adaptor. I will update once more after receiving shipment of my replacement and my usage experience thereafter. Stars will get changed accordingly. ***UPDATE on 21st May*** After my last post, while tracking their shipment for the replacement power adaptor, I found that after being shipped from their end, the shipment had been returned back to origin based on their instructions. This was surprising to me as I had already posted the above update and improved the rating. I wrote back to FEDUS customer service inquiring whether the faux shipment was only meant to get their rating improved. The next day they apologised and confirmed that a wrong product had been shipped in error and was hence returned back to be replaced by the correct product from their end on the next day. Meanwhile my dead power adaptor had already been picked up by their courier for return shipment. I finally received the replacement power adaptor on 15th May and have started using it for my daily normal usage since 17th May. So far it is working as expected for the first 4 days. Though my experience with them started miserably, I am finally very satisfied with FEDUS customer service, hence on their request I am updating my review including the header and also changing my rating to 4 stars. Depending on the replacement power adaptor usage life, I will update the same here again along with star rating change as per my experience. If it meets my expectations, I will continue to buy further products as per my needs from this Indian enterprise. I hope my feedback would be of use to others.
