THIS IS THE BEST STUFF EVER!!! Learned about it approximately 29-39 years ago! Heal-yes HEALS, any SOFT TISSUE ISSUE! Take it pre operation, pre biopsy, pre hike, pre work out! Post operation, immediately after any accident, sprain, feeling of a statin, bump where a bruise might show, post fist fight! Will HEAL you shockingly, compared to if you didn’t take it. BUT IT, and keep it HANDY-in purse, in truck, in medicating cabinet. SAFE to mix with any other meds-western trained doctors barely know anything about it-DON’T ASK THEM, just tell them about it! They will be blessed if they have it handy for themselves too!

I was shocked how well this actually worked, It worked quickly for me, And even better than another brand of arnica I was already using, Using this brand versus the other brand was a night and day difference... I was totally shocked but also impressed how well the arnica in this product is so effective and work so well... I would have little aches and pains here and there and when using this product it's almost as if they disappeared and the pain as well. I also noticed a decrease in tightness in my back and lower back and I also noticed increase in mobility and was not so strenuous doing everyday tasks.... Leg cramps have gone away as well. On days where I worked harder at work and felt it in my body, I would come home and take an additional two tablets and within minutes I felt ease and relief and less pain and less aches of joints or pains here and there... This has been a game changer for me... I would take a tablet or two before going to bed & when waking up I noticed less stiffness as well and could move more easily... It's easy to use, Really doesn't have much taste at all... So that's not a bad thing at all, Dissolves pretty quickly under your tongue and works quickly for me as well!!! This has been a game changer for me!! Did I say that already? I think I did!! Lol.... This is my go-to on my supplement list!!!

I got this from a Dr after my baby had a lip tie release. I bought some after for his healing and teething. It works very well.

I had a rhinoplasty and started taking the Arnica pills 2 days prior to surgery. I took 2 at a time as directed. On the day of my surgery, after surgery was complete, I did not notice ANY bruising at all. Approximately 2 days after my surgery, I did notice very small, light, minimal yellow bruising, but only left side of my face. It was hardly noticeable. I kept taking the Arnica pills up until 2 days after my splint was removed. These seem to have a major affect on reducing/eliminating bruising and I've been very pleased with them. As far as pain relief, I do not feel it had any effect, but it's also hard to tell because I was also taking stronger pain medicine. However, I would not have been able to take this alone for pain management for a rhinoplasty. Swelling - seemed to have minimal affect. The tip of my nose was majorly swollen in the beginning but it did seem to go down fairly quickly, given the circumstances. By the time I went to my doctor's office to have my stitches and splint removed, the nurses and doctor commented on how I wasn't bruised at all and how less swollen I looked compared to other cases. Overall, I would recommend this for bruising and swelling but would have to look more into from a pain relief aspect.

Fantastic product. It’s always in my apothecary and hylands is fantastic but the price has skyrocketed in the past couple of years. I used to be able to buy 250 for what 50 costs now. I’m actively searching for another supplier because this gets used so often. Bruising, arnica: prevent bruising, arnica: headache, arnica: pain, arnica: inflammation, arnica. The list goes on.

These Arnica Montana tablets from Hyland's are the best. I have used them in the past and am happy to see that they stayed true to the original ingredients. Tablets instantly melt under the tongue. The ingredients are clean and the instructions are clear. They have helped me with swelling and pain after a dental procedure.

Using this for post surgery pain relief. It reduces the pain but I still needed stronger pain relief medication. I love how it devolved quickly with no after taste. I feel it will work better for less severe pain than mine.
