Al Dente Pappardelle, Golden Egg, 12-Ounce (Pack of 6)

I have these on subscription because I cook a lot of Italian dishes. These noodle noodles taste as good as homemade, if not better. My husband especially likes the wider noodle and it holds together well even when I’m making tortellini soup the taste is so good! I did find them in the local market, but they were more expensive than buying them on Amazon. They even really kicked my chicken and noodles up a notch.

Really pretty contrast to white or red sauces, with enough texture to hold the sauce, plus cooks to the perfect level of doneness, in my case al dente! A little pricier than some major brands but worth it to me.

Terrific Noodle, probably the best there is. Nice to be able to purchase these at Amazon, our local store used to carry them, but not anymore.

Al Dente makes the best spinach spaghetti. Been using for years and didn't even think of buying on Amazon. Been going without because a lot of grocery stores stop selliing.

As advertised

I thought this was the same product I bought in the past. Either it’s not or the company changed it slightly. It still tastes amazing. It’s due to the strands being cut into smaller pieces vs. leaving them bundled in long pieces like most fettuccine is made. It’s also quite a bit more expensive than previously. For me, it’s worth it as I love spinach pasta and it’s not as easy to find as it used to be.

Great pasta, very healthy

This is one of my top three favorite pastas on the market. Hardy and flavorful, it's great with a wide variety of pasta recipes on my menu rotation.I'd been purchasing it from Vitacost but they stopped carrying it and the third-party vendor here at Amazoncharged a large shipping fee so I was pleased recently to see it being offered by the Al Dente Pasta Company itself, shipped by Amazon. The price is still higher than more ordinary dried pastas but I like it so much that I'm willing to splurge a bit. Thanks for keeping it available.
