Just trying to keep up with Father Time and get into a healthy routine. Anyone who takes vitamins knows there is a variance in quality. I am no vitamin expert but I can tell the difference a good vitamin and a not so good vitamin. For me, these are great. I read something a long time ago where a doctor said chances are if you don’t feel a difference either you probably don’t need them or they are junk. Well I can say I feel the difference. I highly recommend.

The soft gells are huge but its a good amount of vitamin E which is essential to your body .Ingredients are cleane and well sourced .Product came on time and well package big bonus .My concern it's a small bottled for the price that's all .

You have to be careful with vitamin e supplemts due to the terrible seed oils in most. This one is excellent and helps my hormone regulation.
