Silpat Premium Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat, Half Sheet Size, 11-5/8 x 16-1/2, Orange

I do not use this mat for cookie baking, however, I know many people do and love them. I use it primarily for pie shells, bread dough, etc when rolling out. I love this product, have given them away to people I know. They are easy to use, easy to wash, easy to store. The smallest one is a bit small for my needs so I have a larger mat and I would recommend that one if you roll out very many things like pie dough's. To preserve it, do not cut on it and I am sure it will last a long time.

This is my second one so I can work two cookie sheets. They work perfectly. No burning. Love them.

I've wanted these mats for a long time, but didn't purchase because they didn't fit my pans and it was not recommended to cut them to size. Well, I finally decided to upgrade my pans to the USA brand half sheet ones from my old cheapos. Those pans are awesome, by the way. These silicone mats fit the new pans perfectly. Cleanup is easy - put them in the dishwater and give them a quick wipe, rinse, and dry. I store the mats in the pans so they're always ready to go.

The original Silpat, can't go wrong. However, I bought the Amazon brand 2-pack at the same time for less than the price of one Silpat, used the same amount and they hold up equally. Advantage is Silpat is made in France, not China like the others. I do believe in paying a higher price to promote better workplaces ✌️

Works well. Dishwasher safe and reusable. Easy cleanup. It protects your baking pan. It makes it easy to remove food. It makes baking a lot easier. I would buy this again and give as a gift for bakers and people who hate baking. Both groups would find this tool useful.
