i use this when i lift because it helps me with bigger numbers. also easy to swallow and use. just drink lots of water. Id recommend it

I know supplements like these depend on body type, workout intensity, and even things like sleep and diet. In other words, for some people they sometimes work well; for others, they don't! Anyway, I've taken the recommended dose of this Maxon supplement this past week. I'm not crazy about taking four big pills, but they went down OK. I could tell that this supplement did give me a little more focus and energy when lifting - not a ton, but it was there. However, I did have some aftertaste (sorry to be gross, but "burps"). That wasn't great. I also took the dose on off days, as recommended. They do sit fine in my stomach. Again, this supplement helps me a little bit, but it's not super noticeable. I'll come back here and update the review if I can tell a huge difference in three weeks.

this is a decent supplement. i usually take higher doses of some of the main ingredients this has, but that requires taking several extra pills a day just to maintain that dosage. this is a reasonable mixture of several beneficial supplements. recommended, especially if you travel and you don't want 6-7 pills a day to keep track of!

I have to agree with others here and say that I generally take more of the ingredients inside, especially the Creatine but, the ingredients are sound and great quality. They’re quick release so, that’s a good thing if I forgot to take it soon enough and I can always take them with a little bit more of Creatine or if I’m dragging and needing a Stimulant, an Energy Supplement if I want more. I think these are great for someone that’s just starting; they’d probably be perfect for them.

My friend and I have been enjoying this for now. Its great it does feel like it has been helping.

About 30 minutes of taking these you can fee the rush in your head letting you know there working. They help you feel more focused and aid in finishing a long workout session.
