I have been using the CalltoU system in my home for about 3 years. The biggest issue I have had was battery replacement with the portable receiver. I am caretaker for my wife who is non-ambulatory after a brain tumor surgery. This system is wonderful. It gives me greater flexibility as I move about the home or do outdoor chores. More important, it gives her independence and helps protect her dignity. The system is highly dependable, relatively inexpensive and easily expandable. I recently added transmitters and receivers to my 3 year old system. The new and old equipment were easy to merge as if all components were purchased at the same time. Great company and great product. Customer service is caring and efficient.

I had another one of these that had little receivers that devoured batteries , plus everytime I had to replace them I’d have trouble pairing the thing again. This version here is greatly improved. One receiver plugs into anoutlet and one does have a battery. But it works so well. My husband needs help even getting in and out of bed and all he has to do is push a button to page me. I hear it anywhere in the house and just outside the house as well. It’s a great help and gives me peace of mind

Once set up it is easy to use and has adequate range for most houses. Works all over my house as well as anywhere in my yard. The setup instructions that come with the unit can be somewhat confusing. It took me over an hour of trial and error when trying to set up for 2 transmitters and 2 receivers. I finally got everything to work together and now it's very convenient and easy to use. After I went through the trial and error method of setup I found a users manual on line. The on line manual has clear and concise instructions. Wish I had found this earlier. The unit does come with everything already paired but if you want to change ring tone, volume etc. you need the instructions. The default sound is a "ding-ding" that sounds exactly the same as my door bell. To determine that it is actually the alarm, I had to change the sound. To attach the lanyard to the transmitter you have to slide off the back cover. I have 4 transmitters, 2 covers slid of easily, a 3rd finally slid off after a lot of struggle, I was never able to get the cover off the 4th. It appears to be glued on. Bottom line, works great once it's all set up.

This item was perfect for my parents to be able to use to alert each other for ones need. Its a great value for the money and works very well.

I am a caregiver for an elderly patient who lives with me. This is an outstanding product. I can wear the clip on while outside and the buzzer is so loud I can hear it (my neighbors too). Inside it's a bit loud but well worth the noise when she needs my help with something. At night I leave it in another room so that when she buzzes me, it doesn't wake my husband. Works perfectly. I would highly recommend.

This is a very useful device and gives me a sense of more security. I’m an elderly woman who lived alone and fell a lot. When I fell I would have to call fire department to come help me up.My son moved in to be my caregiver a few months ago. This was the first thing he got for me.
