Q: Is the port on the speaker usb type c or a? i see the cable included is type a to c but not clear on which end will go in the speaker.

Q: Can this work with Sonos?

No it’s not compatible with Sonos wireless connection. Only possible integration is connecting Sonos Port to AUX input

Q: Can I leave it charging all the time and still use it to play music?

Yes, that’s what I do at work (even though a full battery will last the whole work day anyway).

Q: Can i connect this via usb to my pc and use it as a speaker and microphone for conference calls?

The USB port is only for charging. You can definitely use the aux port for listening, but I'm not sure if the aux port supports the built-in mic.
