If you shop around for the best price this will be it. Vitamin K2 Mk-7 is the ONLY ingredient which helps in keeping the cost down. Forget about complex supplements. This past year I was having trouble with leg cramps - especially with inner thigh cramps. My doctor (primary care) recommended K2 Mk-7.
