Pathetic..unhappy
To be very honest, I wasn't really satisfied with the shade as it really didn't reflect on my hair color and didn't give the color it is ideally suppose to give.. not really happening. I am also not happy as I was given the wrong shade in the first place. I had actually asked for light brown shade and I was given two wrong shades..really not acceptable.
