I have mixed feelings. While I'm not too fond of the feeling of this massager, my family members love it. So, while it may not work for me, it could feel pleasant and relaxing for most people.I appreciate that each scalp massager came in separate packaging, as it makes gifting easy while maintaining hygiene. However, I also find it a waste of plastic.Considering its cheap price, this scalp massager tool would make a great stocking stuffer for Christmas.I also like how easy it is to clean. Was looking for a scalp massager that was inexpensive and easy to use and felt good. Also I wanted a scalp massager because I wanted to get into the regular habit of messaging my scalp daily to promote good scalp health and hair growth. I had tried other scalp massagers like the ones that vibrate and have silicone teeth but all they did was give me a terrible headache that lasted for an entire day. The vibrations were too intense and the silicone teeth didn’t really get deep into my hair and scalp to hard to reach areas. I then saw a co-worker with this wire scalp massager and decided to give it a go and I’m glad I did. Works great and feels great and doesn’t give me a headache. I noticed that a previous review said that this massager would sometimes get tangled in her hair and that she was black. Well I’m a black female as well and have had no issues. My hair is relaxed and I do have fine hair, but even when I have new growth I don’t have any issues. If you’re using this massager and your hair is getting tangled I would say it’s because of your technique not because of the device itself. Make sure you’re using it properly. There should be no twisting or twirling of the device while it’s in your hair especially if you have thick hair. My only recommendation I would make about this device is to make ones that come with different colored handles ( pink, purple, blue etc.) for those of us who like to accessorize and perhaps make ones of different size for travel convenience. Otherwise great product.

Product quality is okok strings tend to come too close together and you need to keep separating them. Basically quality is not that great and also I was supposed to her 2 in a pack but got only one and seller is refunding 50% though but not great experience
