I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!!! I give foot baths to my friends and relatives, they love it and it's wonderful benefits. Anyone who does not have one of these is going to become gradually more and more toxic which equals disease.

I have been living a holistic life-style for the last 25 years. I able very knowledgeable about the benefits of foot detox. The holistic doctor my family goes to uses a ionic foot detox system in his office. We finally decided to purchase our own. We knew that this is a cheap unit but we purchased anyway to see the difference from the unit in the doctor's office. Because it's cheap, alot of metal particulates are given off in the water. This makes it harder to identify which toxins are present in the water. I thought it was cheap coils that produce the metal particulates in the water so I took the coil to the doctor's office to use in his unit. My coil on his unit did not produce the metal particulates in the water and it was easy to identify the toxins in the water. He and I deduced that it was the zen model that produces the extra metal particulates in the water. Then 3 months after having the unit, it comes on but does not work anymore. We have contacted the seller with no response to date. Also the unit does not come with a manual and we had to contact the seller initially to get a manual. That's just plain crazy to sell this type of technology without giving the buyer a detailed operating manual. We not recommend this unit due poor seller communication and help.

Love this machine - perfect gift for those looking to get healthy! You can see and smell the toxins in the water, its gross but better outside the body than within the body. Recommend this machine- just remember to add the salt slowly and watch the machine with the salt content in the water.

I had tried this product with a personal trainer and saw the results in an instant so I purchase my own.My family members have seen the results which were outstanding.If you use regular salt, (table salt) the machine will not work, however, once you use sea salt, you will begin the see the machine do it's magic.

This is an impressive looking machine. However, it's extremely lacking in information to use it. There are very short instructions and nothing more. There are several settings on the machine but the instructions tell you to use it only one way, using both negative and positive ions alternately. No explanations and no variables. My health practitioner wants me to get all negative ions - the healing, feel good ones. It's anybody's guess which setting that would be. Why all the settings if you can't use them? I sent a letter to the address on the so-called instruction page asking about this with no reply. There is no email or website on the material. I thought I purchased a good machine at a really good price but I don't think so any more. I should have paid more and got a usable machine.

This product when you do find one that works is good. I have ordered four of these three didn't work I do have to say they were very good at sending me a new piece for the machine and on one of them they refunded me the money no questions asked.it just was very disappointing because two of them were gifts and when they got them they did not work.It was just a lot of hassle between them not working and then having to send them back

It's easy to use and relaxing. It's too early to tell about health benefits.
