The fact that these are capsules is a big plus in that, although they are still somewhat large, they are easy to swallow. The mixture of magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide seems to work well for me, and the price is certainly in line with others of similar dosage.If you're debating between the Now Foods Magnesium Citrate tablets and these, I recommend these capsules. I normally do not have problems swallowing pills - even big pills - but the Now Foods Magnesium Citrate tablets were something else. Very large and did not seem to have any coating on them which made them difficult to get down.If you have difficulty swallowing pills, or just want a magnesium supplement that does its job without making the daily dosing a problem, these would be a good choice. As always, shipping was prompt and no issues.

This kept me, personally, from needing High Blood Pressure meds. I take this twice each day and it has worked for me in healing my Hypertension. My whole family and I take it for, inflammation, muscle aches and headaches before we think about Advil, etc. It works very well. I take it for any swelling and edema as needed. We all take it an hour before bed and it keeps us calm and sleeping well. I have a friend who uses it to solve her anxiety attack issues. This is something I would not wish to live without. It's the most important supplement we take.

I've been taking these for years - one in the morning & one in the evening. They definitely help me with things like leg cramps, occasional eye twitches, etc. My husband is also taking them now and he swears by them for leg cramps -- any time he wakes up with a leg cramp, he realizes that he missed taking one of these capsules that day. I normally have trouble swallowing pills, but these are soft capsules that are not too gigantic, and I never have a problem swallowing them. I've tried other brands & combinations of magnesium types, but they don't seem to work as well as these for us.

Magnesium seems to be recommended for so many things. One doctor suggested I start taking it as a supplement for my diverticulitis. Another doctor recommended it for my asthma. Can I tell if it's working? Not really. The symptoms of the first thing have radically improved, but I notice that probiotics affect that more noticeably. The asthma comes and goes. I take this because I know it's good for me. This particular brand seems easy to digest, healthily prepared and the price is quite reasonable. If you need magnesium, then I'd say this one is a very good option.

I started taking these supplements before bed a few months ago and WOW!!! I can’t NOT take them. Yes, you’ll be using the restroom more but I feel like my gut health is better than ever. They also help with relaxation (hence why I take it before bed).

I used to buy this brand from my pharmacy but at a substantially higher cost. Same great product and cheaper. Win-win.
